Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on CWriting (celpipwriting.com or any associated domain) are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.
• No partial refunds will be granted for unused credits, tokens, or subscription time.
• Accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated output are not grounds for a refund.
• Technical issues on your device, browser incompatibility, or internet connectivity problems do not entitle you to a refund.
• Unused portions of any plan or credit package expire without compensation.

Digital Services - No Cooling-Off Period

CWriting provides fully digital, immediately-delivered services. Under applicable Canadian consumer protection law, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service upon purchase and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply once access has been granted or service has commenced.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after purchasing constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to permanently suspend access to your account if a chargeback is filed. We will provide all purchase records and usage logs to the relevant payment processor or financial institution to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
